Business Analysis
SpyGlass' process to identify and classify applications, understand their core components, functionality, and provide accurate guidance for recommended target solution. The primary goal of this process is to encourage a standard approach that can be used to define migration and target solution recommendations, as well as estimate development costs, migration costs, and timelines.
SpyGlass' Business Analysis will work hand in hand with clients in understanding clients needs, identifying how best to achieve those needs and then how to improve application functions and activities in order to reduce overall costs, provide more efficient use of limited resources, and better support clients. SpyGlass stresses process orientation, focusing on rethinking end-to-end activities that create value for customers, while removing unnecessary non-value added activities. The purpose is to develop Business Process Improvement (BPI) as a key strategy and a management tool capable of supporting organization's vision, mission, goals, and objectives and to promote the effective use of technology throughout the organization.
SpyGlass' business analysis' and our global strategic partners coordinate applications development activities between functional area managers and technical resources for both application systems development and ongoing application support activities. Such as, coordinating activities related to requirement gathering, solutions planning, testing, documentation and ongoing functional support of the application.
Our team will identify design flaws, constraints and security issues that could lead to worst case scenario from an unauthorized access that could lead to bankruptcy, law suits or destruction of crucial information. Other scenarios are less dramatic but still result in lost time, functionality, and profits.
